what about HER?

To put it ~simply~, in 2019 I released the following blurp: "Hannah Elyse is an American model, photographer, videographer, and philanthropist.

Raised in a small town in Alabama, she was not given many opportunities to pursue all of her creative passions; however, this did not keep her from creating and following her dreams. She began modeling when she was 18 and has done numerous campaigns for local designers and photographers. While at University, Elyse took photography classes to enhance her skills behind the camera and to develop her passion for finding beauty in everything. In 2014, she started a magazine business named “Local Foxes Magazine” with a model colleague. In 2015, she was honored as one of Montgomery's “Dopest People under 30.” She is currently still collaborating with local photographers and designers for different campaigns, videos, and editorial work.

Outside of creating, Elyse actively pursues different ways she can use her talents to help those around her. From volunteering her time at a local Humane Shelter to participating in local 5K races to raise funds for different charities. Elyse thoroughly enjoys helping others feel great as well. She helps others this way by doing their makeup, creating a photoshoot experience for them, and she also paints and will create pebble art to bless people around town.

Since Elyse excelled academically in high school, she was awarded the Valedictorian Scholarship and received a full ride to college. She studied Marketing at Auburn in Montgomery and graduated in 2012 with an honors bachelor's degree. After graduation, Elyse also started her business journey and currently is an Office and Financial Administrator while also taking care of her daughter at home. See, we told you she was Wonder Woman ;)

All of Elyse's passions have developed and progressed over the years, and she continues to model locally and create art for those around her. When she is not handling office duties or modeling, she is behind the camera or on the laptop editing. Elyse plans on sharing each of these experiences – modeling, painting, videography, traveling, and more – on this website and she hopes to one day start her own YouTube Channel. She plans on taking her followers behind the scenes of everything from planning the photoshoots and sessions to the actual shoots, and even working out and her daily life! Now it's 2021. I'm a mom who was birthed in the pandemic. I also had to face a lot of traumatic life experiences during this year 30 of my life; however, God is definitely able to use it all for His glory so that is a win for me and makes it all worth it.

Like many people, I wear many hats. I also have many people in my life that I love and I take care of their feelings in order to have, what I feel, is a successful life. God has given me a vision, and I see us working toward that daily. Trying to make this world a better place, to help others choose to see beauty too. Lately, I keep hearing people giving the advice "just go ahead and start"; and to me, I have been taking those steps. The above blurp was a step. Creating this website was a step. Writing down my goals and vision in a notebook and keeping ideas close to the heart as God helps me work it all out is a step. Continually learning to perfect my time management, editing, work ethic, business opportunities, and even how to handle others while being an entrepreneur. I have not yet made it to the point where I want to release the youtube videos again, but they're coming! It's all in God's perfect timing. I just have to keep waking up, and pursuing the desires He gives my heart. It's all coming together. I'll keep taking the advice to "just go ahead and start" which is just being translated in my mind to "keep going girl, you got this, you know what you're doing, you got the drive, you have the vision, you have the work ethic. it doesn't matter if other people can't see it like you can, just keep going and they'll eventually catch up"
